West Coast Liberal Production Plan

We are going to search for the most influential celebrities with raw talents, convictions, and a message they need a platform for. With our film crew, bus, frustrations, and convictions in an exhaustive search for new blue candidates.

In our “Dump Trump” bus we’ll find, interview, promote, and educate as many celebrities about the open lanes to run for the presidency of the US, or any other political office they think they can help in. We’ll try connecting as many artists to blue candidates in many upcoming races, if they can’t or don’t want to run themselves, maybe they can help in other ways that support our dying blue team. Either way, we’ll get it on video, new content for the whole world to see, evaluate, and judge.

We’ll talk to everyone possible, focusing in on high profile celebrities, people who’ve been in the limelight and not afraid of the press. What we want is new competitors for this game of change, those who understand the stakes, risks, and challenges that we all face. Our focus won’t be on their experiences, but rather on their hearts, souls, compassion, brains, courage, and honor; the true qualities of great leaders.

Our campaign needs to reach every American in the US because the completion of our important video clips and the documentary film should help us greatly in changing the narrative.

How We’ll Do It

The bus will crisscross the country creating incredible video content, documenting and interviewing a wide variety of celebrities who may have never considered the high call of their country before. We’ll ask them the tough questions that provoke the minds, hearts, and souls of these different public figures. We’ll talk to them as Americans, not as the stars that they are while being unafraid and courageous about how we feel as Democrats. We hope our interactions will prod, educate, inspire, and move some of them towards considering the possibilities of what could be if they got involved.

The good thing for us as lefties is that so many celebrities and artists at heart are liberal and progressives; those who believe in the importance of inclusion, acceptance, and compassion for those who are less fortunate, struggling, and suffering. We’re on the hunt looking for heroes, people who can win and save us from the Republican agenda! Democracy dies in darkness and when women aren’t on the board, you can be assured they’re on the menu. It’s time for us to fight for our lives and the lives of our children.

We plan on interviewing people from 7 different genres including – Actors, Musicians, Directors, Athletes, News People, Comedians, and Business Leaders with Souls.

Who We Are

We’re the Michael Moore, Leah Remini, Kamau Bell, and Robert Reich of this movement, in charge of finding new dynamic people to challenge the status quo, while creating incredible content for all to watch. From the Presidency to the Senate to the House at all levels: National, State, and Local. We plan to affect and change the trajectory of our bleak and totally unpredictable futures. Imagine an Arnold Schwarzenegger or Tom Hanks running as a blue candidate in a US Senatorial seat in a purple or red state, and winning. They say Presidents come and go, but US Senators die in office of old age, like judges.

Where’s the money needed:

$ 90k-125k – WCL Bus – used Prevost bus (92-99), a little older, but something in good running & working order
$15k – 1st-year bus insurance & gas for the trip
$10k – complete bus wrap (West Coast Liberal logo & the Message)
$ 25-30k – 4k video and computer equipment with necessary accessories
$ 25k – 6 months video editing and Spanish subtitling
$ 80k – 6 months salaries for 4 crew members (driver, interviewer, cameraman, & audio person), we ain’t doing this for the big bucks but rather for the cause.
Total campaign costs: 125k + 15k + 10k + 30k + 25k + 80k = $ 285k
